Sarah is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations. She embraces the belief that an organization's most powerful asset is its people and brings a commitment to diversity and inclusion to her role as Director of Human Resources for MASS’s North American teams. 

Sarah joined MASS’s Operations team in 2017 as the Office Manager. Her time at MASS has overlapped with a period of significant growth in the organization. In her current role, she ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations and manages all aspects of the employee experience, including recruitment and hiring, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement and well being. Working closely with Studio and Executive leadership, Sarah contributes to developing strategies and policies that support a thriving workplace culture.

Sarah graduated with honors from the University of Florida, where she received her Bachelor in Political Science with minors in Business Administration and Art History. A native Floridian, she moved to Boston in search of changing seasons and earned a Master in Global Development Policy from Boston University.
