Agathe is committed to using technology to streamline human resources operations, making them efficient and responsive to the dynamic needs of organizations. As the Director of Human Resources at MASS, Agathe stewards people operations in the Kigali office. 

She takes pride in developing and refining organizational policies that align with our strategic objectives and organizational culture and is passionate about promoting fairness and building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Agathe also leads the acquisition of mission-aligned team members and ensures our policies align with Rwandan labor regulations and the industry’s best practices. More recently, Agathe led the digitization of the Employee Handbook and implemented a system to automate HR functions. 

When she is not working, Agathe spends her time enriching her professional development and providing coaching to young professionals. She holds a Master of Applied Economics from Annamalai University.
