Youssouf is dedicated to creating spaces that uplift the dignity and standard of living of present and future generations. 

As an Architect at MASS, Youssouf has contributed to the design and construction of projects in conservation, healthcare, and education, notably the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund (Kinigi, Rwanda), the New Luanda Military Hospital (Luanda, Angola) and the Sok An Memorial Library (Takéo, Cambodia). 

Outside of MASS, Youssouf advocates for inclusive public spaces. He contributed to the design of Imbuga City Walk, the first pedestrian public space designed and built in Rwanda.

Youssouf holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Rwanda's School of Architecture and the Built Environment, where he explored how public spaces can foster community cohesion among segregated communities.
