Veda Sunassee is an educator, entrepreneur & Leadership expert with over 15 years of experience in curriculum design and leading programs and institutions within the African Leadership Group. He was part of the founding team of the African Leadership University (ALU) project which began in Mauritius before then becoming the Founding Dean of its Rwanda campus. Veda then served as ALU's Chief Executive Officer from 2022-26. 

Veda currently serves as board member to several education-focused global institutions and sits on the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Leadership. He was selected as one of the Forum's Young Global Leaders in 2024. Veda is also a co-founder of the boutique management consulting firm called NiaDelta.

Veda also has a keen interest in the creative arts. He is a skilled facilitator/ moderator and an avid performing artist, both as an actor and director.
