With over a decade of experience in the field, Toussaint is a seasoned IT expert with a passion for helping organizations improve their efficiency and productivity. He enjoys problem-solving and troubleshooting, and is energized by researching the best and latest IT trends.  

Toussaint is the Director of IT at MASS. Since joining MASS in 2018, Toussaint has taken lead in setting up the global IT team, digitizing operations processes, and migrating the company’s various platforms to the cloud. His dedicated work ensured a successful work-from-home environment during and after the Covid-19 lockdowns.

Outside of MASS, Toussaint enjoys mentoring young people in their career journey. Since 2013, he has supported university students and graduates in navigating their professional life as they enter the job market.

Toussaint received his Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and a minor in Telecommunications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, as part of the Rwandan Presidential Scholars program. He holds various certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and the Internet Society.
