Tej Nuthulaganti, MS, MPH joined the Board of Directors at MASS in 2024. Tej is Head of Global Health and Impact for the Mohamed bin Zayed Foundation for Humanity– a new global health and development foundation based in Abu Dhabi. Previously, Tej worked for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria - a multi-billion dollar financing mechanism supporting global health programming in developing countries. At the Global Fund, he served as a senior specialist focused on health systems strengthening in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and Latin America. Prior to the Global Fund, Tej served in roles at Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) based in South Africa, Rwanda and Liberia. Prior to CHAI, Tej served as a teaching fellow and research assistant to the late Dr. Paul Farmer at Partners In Health and Harvard University.

Tej holds an MPH in global health from Harvard University as well as an MS and BA in Biology from Rutgers University. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Clinical Medicine at University of Oxford.
