Sophie is Business Development Manager for North America at MASS, where she develops partnerships and initiatives focused on creating spaces and places that are healthier, more just, and regenerative.

After more than six years in business and brand strategy, Sophie’s path into the built environment grew from a deep interest in how the environments we inhabit shape individual wellbeing and collective outcomes. She studied Psychology and Business at McGill University and is a NASM-certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, a WELL AP, and holds UNEP’s Green & Thriving Neighbourhoods certification. 

Sophie brings a holistic, systems-level perspective to her work, driven by a belief in the power of our environment to support human and planetary flourishing.
