Sharon is a dedicated servant leader who finds inspiration in fostering empathy, integrity, and excellence in all her pursuits. She believes that effective and efficient management systems have the power to drive positive societal transformations.

At MASS, Sharon serves as the Operations Coordinator, playing a vital role in both the Admin and Finance teams. With strategic thinking and determination, she implements strategies and initiatives that streamline Kigali Studio's operations, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.

Sharon's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Business Intelligence from Southern New Hampshire University. 

Beyond her contributions at MASS, Sharon serves in the alumni leadership committee of Kepler University and Southern New Hampshire University, leading projects and initiatives that give back to the community.
