Léa believes in the power of design to create social change. She brings a diverse educational background and a passion for supporting organizations dedicated to improving the lives of fellow Africans to her role as Senior Director of Operations at the MASS Africa Studio. 

With an MBA in Finance and a pre-med Bachelor of Science, Léa’s capacity for analytical thinking and deep understanding of the human experience enables her to approach operational challenges holistically.

Since joining MASS in 2021, Léa has overseen the strategy and implementation of the Kigali office’s administrative and logistical needs, ensuring both financial sustainability and constant optimization of operational processes and systems. Her leadership and strategic vision, coupled with her ability to foster collaboration and achieve results, reflect her commitment to enabling an office culture that reflects MASS’s values and mission.
