Hope is an ENFP creative thinker who recognizes that we all have a collective responsibility to be kind, empathetic, and to give back in order to make a meaningful and positive impact on the world. 

As a Manager on the Advocacy team, Hope is working to build efficient and effective team operations. By working closely with the development team, Hope is helping to increase MASS’s potential for impact by building relationships as well as bringing in future partners and supporters of our work. At MASS, she has helped to coordinate various events such as an opening for the “Making the Embrace” exhibit, a Principals Retreat and various Board meetings. She is successful in managing project teams and creating organized processes and systems. She was previously a Senior Executive Assistant for three of the Executive Directors of MASS.

Prior to joining MASS in 2022, Hope was a Home and Property Manager for a family in Boston where she independently managed the day-to-day operations of multiple properties and acted as an Owner’s Representative for various construction projects, including the restoration and renovation of three historic lighthouses in New England. Hope also managed the family's foundation office, planned more than 25 events and coordinated a gallery exhibit of 25+ salvaged doors from the historic Chelsea Hotel. 

Hope graduated from Northeastern University with a Master of Architecture degree. She was an active member of the AIAS group, serving as Chair of the Northeast Quad Conference, planning a conference for over 200 Architecture students from the Northeast. Hope is currently an active member of the AIA and the Boston Society of Architects.
