A finance and accounting professional with over a decade of experience, Bright Rubibi is devoted to empowering organizations with financial processes that simplify and strengthen decision-making.

In his role as Finance Director, Bright oversees MASS Design Group’s financial reporting processes and contributes to financial decision-making, ensuring compliance with global tax laws and regulations. He also coordinates clients’ invoicing processes, reviews contracts, and mentors junior finance team members. Bright has played a pivotal role in implementing efficient accounting systems and led the first tax and external audit of the Africa Studio, marking a significant milestone for the company’s financial health check.

Beyond MASS, Bright is a member of Business Angels Rwanda, a group comprising founders, tech enthusiasts, experts, and angels dedicated to nurturing tech businesses. Over the past year, he has supported two start-ups in setting up financial systems, managing financial risks, and raising capital.

Bright holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the School of Finance and Banking at the University of Rwanda. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics at the National Institute of Business Management, with the aim of refining his expertise in managing complex businesses, deal advisory, and analytics.
